Any charges made to your credit card may be refunded based on the facts and circumstances, based on the Company’s current policies and procedures. For eligible refunds, charges made to your credit card will be refunded within the allowed timeline based on our payment processor provider. We submit refund requests to your customer’s bank or card issuer immediately. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled. Disputes and chargebacks aren’t possible on credit card charges that are fully refunded.
If I cancel auto-renewal, can I get a refund for any unused pricing requests that remain on my account?
No. Under the auto-renewal plans offered, the usage in the package you purchased does not expire and is not eligible for refund.
To cancel the free trial, simply email us BEFORE the trial ends at firstname.lastname@example.org noting “CANCEL TRIAL” in the subject line and provide your full name and address.
If you have been our customer and you want to cancel your account / auto-renewal plan, email us at email@example.com and mention “CANCEL ACCOUNT” in the subject line and provide your full name and address. Your card will be disabled and no further charges will be made to your account.
Yes. The usage in the package you purchased do not expire and can be used at any time.
